This is a basic ospf configuration lab using two routers. Using two routers ospf configuration have been done in this lab. I have used cisco Packet tracer software to demonstrate the ospf configuration. This if you are learning or preparing for ccna certification or ccna training then this lab is for you. Simple and to the point in just few simple steps.

I hope you can clearly see the OSPF Topology diagram drawn below. And now if you can see you can clearly analyse that there are total three routers in this topology table and total three networks.


Today I am here to discuss ssh configuration and ssh configuration options on routers in little more detail. using cisco packet tracer software here i will show you not only how to configure ssh over cisco router but also show you how to configure other ssh setting on router properly.Before we go ahead in this article i will love to brief you guys about the steps i will follow to do this lab.

Even you have Basic Knowledge of networking you can easily understand this lab and can configure ssh on any router with all other settings.


1.Configure Router Interface ,assign ip address and gateway ip on PC and Then Verify Communication using PING Command.

2. Configure hostname and domain name for router

3 Configure RSA key

4.Enable SSH v2

5.Configure other settings for SSH

6.Create user account for ssh and password with higher priviledge.

7.Configure VTY Line for SSH

7.Check ssh connection from remote pc.

8.Check ssh version and other settings

9.Check or see public key you created


Today through this article i will try to show you how to configure load balancing or load sharing using static routing.I mean one can use static routing too for load-balancing.Here in this architecture we have total 3 routers R1 ,R1 and R3. When any traffic generated from R1 for R3 it can travel in two ways: In other ways you can simply say that when we want to send something from PC0 ( to PC1 ( our packets reach there in two ways. here in this lab there are two possible paths to travell from pc0 to pc1. The First one is R1R3 and the second one is R1R2R3.I am going to perform this lab with the help of cisco packet tracer here.So just start learning load balancing and load sharing using static route with the help of an example lab using cisco packet tracer.

so when we have two simultaneously path to send packets from source to destination that is known as load balancing.


This article is all about redistribution configuration lab between two eigrp autonomous system . Here in this lab we will configure  EIGRP  having different autonomous number. To show Multiple EIGRP AS configuration on same router i am using cisco packet tracer. You can see EIGRP neighbors with different AS numbers in this lab and you will learn how to configure it to communicate them.In below topology diagram you can see EIGRP Topology having different Autonomous Value. There are total three routers R1, R2 and R3 R1 is in As 1 while R3 in AS 2. But R2 is in both AS.Now read carefully how i am going to configure it.

HSRP Configuration Lab in Cisco packet tracer.

In this article I will explain you what is HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol) and how to configure and use it. I will explain all HSRP Commands along with HSRP Metrics and Configuration in few simple steps.

HSRP is actually a FHRP (First Hop Redundancy Protocol).  FHRP(First Hop Redundancy Protocol) means it will allow you to configure more than one physical router such that it will act as a single router.

Today in this tutorial i am going to show you how to configure InterVLAN Routing. But before that we need to know what is InterVLAN Routing and Why we use it? What is the benefits of using intervlan routing?

InterVLAN Routing allow hosts and PCs in different vlan to communicate with each other. As we all know machines or PC in same VLAN can communicate with each other but if you want machines from other VLAN to communicate with you, for that you need to configure InterVLAN Routing.So here in this tutorial i will explain step wise method to easily configure InterVLAN Routing.As i love to explain to the point here i have mentioned step wise and to the point method to configure InterVlan routing.This article is completely focussed on configuration of InterVLAN using a cisco packet tracer.


In this tutorial we will Learn  how to  configure verify and troubleshoot LACP (Link Aggregation or Ether Channel). Actually Link Aggregation or Ether Channel is a technology very similar to PAgP which allows two or more than two physical ports to combine and provide a new third single logical port which results in high availability and increased bandwidth. In below topology diagram you can see two switches switch0 and switch1 having ports fa0/1 and fa0/2.Using LACP we can bind these two ports to form a single logical port.

Remember LACP is open standard as defined by IEEE 802.3ad standard.
LACP(link aggregation control protocol) have two working mode port one is acive mode and other is passive mode.Passive is equivalent of the PAGP auto and active is equivalent to PAGP desirable mode.

In this tutorial we will learn about PAGP.We will learn how to configure PAGP and how to verify and troubleshoot it after configuration. But before that we must know what PAGP is.PAgP is actually a Cisco Proprietary Protocol which is known as Port Aggregation Protocol which is used to combine two or more physical ports in to a single logical port or you can say it as a EtherChannel. PAGP is developed by CISCO company.The port modes are defined as either auto or desirable.
